
LLM International Business Law
Course Overview
Our one-year LLM International Business Law postgraduate course will equip you with specialist legal knowledge which you can use to advise or manage businesses and organisations globally. You will develop the skills required to think critically, construct arguments and process large amounts of data.
This course offers many flexible study options, meaning you can choose which style of learning suits your lifestyle better, whether that is at weekends, evenings or during the daytime. Unlike many other Law degrees, this course is taught in small group sizes, giving you the individual attention and support needed for success.
Alongside the course, we invite all RCL students to learn about Thinking into Character ™ – our unique personal, leadership and growth programme, designed to teach you how to manage and lead yourself effectively to be successful in all aspects of your personal and professional life.
​Entry Requirements
You are normally expected to have successfully completed an honours degree (or equivalent) in a relevant subject and have appropriate work experience.
You may be required to attend an interview and/or provide a portfolio of work.

Your application form will need to be accompanied by a reflective overview of the managerial responsibilities you have undertaken to date.

A minimum of two years’ relevant work experience is required

A letter of reference on headed paper from the current/most recent employer must be provided, clearly showing length of employment and a breakdown of roles and responsibilities
If English isn’t your first language you will also need IELTS 7.0 with no less than 6.5 in any band (or equivalent). We also accept a range of other English language qualifications.
